Required for account creation, order confirmation, and product delivery.
Order & Transaction Records
Products purchased, amounts, and Razorpay reference IDs. We never store card details.
Usage Data
Basic server logs (IP address, pages visited, timestamps) retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any other personal data unless you voluntarily provide them when contacting us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process your purchase and deliver your product.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, OTP verification, password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
- To protect the platform from fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access.
- To improve the platform using anonymous, aggregated usage patterns.
