1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using queryzens.com ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of the Platform.

2. Products & Services

Queryzens is a marketplace for digital developer products including tech interview prep guides, coding questions, tutorials, technical documentation, production scripts, and digital developer tools. All products are delivered digitally. There are no physical goods.

Product descriptions, features, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon successful purchase, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product for your own individual or team development purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Individual product listings may include additional specific license terms, which take precedence in cases of conflict.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

To request a refund, email info@queryzens.com within 7 days of purchase with your order reference number. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. API Subscriptions

API subscription products are subject to monthly usage limits as stated on the product listing. Exceeding your allotted limit will result in request throttling until the next monthly reset. We reserve the right to suspend API access for accounts engaged in abuse, unauthorised automation, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@queryzens.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to abuse the platform's systems.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
• Submit fraudulent payments or initiate chargebacks in bad faith.
• Share, resell, or distribute purchased downloads to third parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape content or abuse API rate limits.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including product descriptions, branding, UI design, and marketing materials — is owned by or licensed to Queryzens. Purchasing a product grants you a usage license as described in Section 3, not ownership of any intellectual property.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Code products require developer knowledge to integrate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform or API services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Queryzens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. 12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email and update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
